Last updated: February 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, including 4keyslocksmith.com and 4keys.pro (collectively, the “Sites”), as well as the locksmith services we provide through our Florida and Georgia entities (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Sites or requesting or receiving any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites or Services.

2. Who we are

4Keys Locksmith operates through different legal entities in the United States:

  • Qorinca LLC, doing business as 4Keys Locksmith, provides services in Florida.
  • Auto Locksmith Max LLC, doing business as 4Keys Locksmith, provides services in Georgia

When you request Services, your agreement is with the entity that serves your location, as communicated to you during booking or on your invoice or receipt.

References to “4Keys Locksmith”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to the relevant entity providing Services to you.

3. Eligibility and user responsibilities

By using our Sites or Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting Services or submitting any forms.
  • You will not use the Sites or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your communications with us (calls, messages, accounts, etc.), and for maintaining the confidentiality of any information used to interact with us online.

4. Service requests and scheduling

You may request Services by phone, text message, online form, or other channels we make available. We may confirm details such as your location, vehicle or property type, and identification before or during service.

Service appointments are subject to technician availability, weather, traffic, and other conditions. Any arrival times we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request in our sole discretion.

For emergency and mobile locksmith services, our technicians may contact you before arrival to verify the job details and your identity, and may cancel the job if they reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful.

5. Pricing, estimates, and payment

For many jobs, we may provide an estimate based on the information you provide by phone or online. Actual prices may vary once the technician evaluates the specific situation on-site (for example, vehicle model, lock type, damage, or additional work needed).

Final pricing will be communicated to you before work begins, whenever reasonably possible.

All fees and charges are due at the time services are rendered, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as made available by us or our payment processors.

You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due in connection with the Services. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Cancellations, no‑shows, and service limitations

Because our technicians travel to your location, cancellations and no‑shows affect our capacity and costs. We may:

  • Charge a service call or dispatch fee when a technician is already en route or has arrived and you cancel or are unavailable.
  • Refuse future service to clients who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or are not present at the scheduled time.

We reserve the right to decline or stop Services if:

  • Conditions at the site are unsafe for our technician.
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • You request work that violates applicable law, insurance requirements, or our internal safety policies.

7. Customer cooperation and authorization

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle, property, and situation.
  • Confirm that you have legal authority to request locksmith services for the vehicle or property in question.
  • Present identification and, when reasonably required, proof of ownership or authorization (for example, vehicle registration, driver’s license, or lease).

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from false or incomplete information you provide.

8. Licenses and qualifications

In Florida, services are provided by Qorinca LLC using licensed locksmith professionals, including technicians operating under Florida locksmith license #LK‑094576, where applicable.

In both Florida and Georgia, our technicians may also hold professional credentials such as training and certifications from the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) or similar organizations. These credentials demonstrate training and continuing education but do not change your legal rights under these Terms.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Sites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

Any estimates or timeframes for arrival or completion are good‑faith estimates and not guaranteed. Certain services, especially on older or damaged locks, vehicles, or doors, carry an inherent risk of cosmetic or minor damage. We will take reasonable care, but you acknowledge and accept this risk when authorizing the work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall 4Keys Locksmith or its owners, employees, technicians, or contractors be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.

arising out of or in connection with the Sites or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Sites or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (US$100), whichever is greater, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4Keys Locksmith and its owners, employees, technicians, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Sites or Services.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Sites, including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and designs, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Sites without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non‑commercial use in connection with requesting or using our Services.

13. Reviews, testimonials, and user content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”) to us or through our Sites or third‑party platforms:

  • You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with our business, including on our Sites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • You represent that your User Content is accurate, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any laws.
  • We may monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

14. Third‑party links and services

Our Sites may contain links to or integrate with third‑party websites, platforms, or services (such as Google, Yelp, mapping services, payment processors, or messaging apps). Those third parties are responsible for their own content and policies, and your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their terms and privacy policies.

15. Changes to the Sites, Services, and Terms

We may update or modify the Sites and Services at any time, including adding, changing, or discontinuing features, pricing, or availability.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Sites or Services after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Sites and Services.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sites or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where the Services were provided (Florida for services performed in Florida, Georgia for services performed in Georgia), without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county corresponding to the service location, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability and other provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
