4Keys Locksmith (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses text messages (SMS and, where applicable, MMS) to communicate with customers and prospects about our locksmith services. Messages may include:

Messages are sent from phone numbers operated by 4Keys Locksmith, including numbers provisioned through messaging providers such as Twilio, in compliance with applicable laws and industry guidelines.

When we receive your opt‑out message, you will receive one final confirmation SMS stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive further text messages from that program or number, except where messages are required or permitted by law (for example, important administrative notices).

Twilio’s default SMS Stop Filtering also recognizes industry‑standard English‑language opt‑out keywords, including STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, STOPALL, CANCEL, REVOKE, and OPTOUT, and will block further messages to that number when such a keyword is received.

If you experience any difficulty opting out, you can contact us directly to be removed manually (see Section 9).

We will honor opt‑out requests as soon as reasonably practicable and within the timelines required by law.

We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages and are not liable for delays, failures, or misdelivery of any communications due to carrier or network issues, or for any technical failures outside our reasonable control.

10. Compliance with laws and industry guidelines

Our SMS program is intended to comply with:

  • The U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related FCC rules on consent and revocation of consent for text messages
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices for A2P messaging (including clear identification, consent, and opt‑out mechanisms)
  • Carrier and aggregator guidelines, including Twilio policies and restrictions on restricted content and messaging behavior

We may adjust our SMS practices as laws, regulations, and carrier or platform requirements evolve.

We may update this SMS Terms & Consent Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (for example, on our website or via SMS) if required by law or if changes are material.
